Handmade joy, delivered

Welcome to Walsh Homemade Goods

Every piece here starts the same way — a plank of rough lumber, a lump of clay, a blank canvas — and ends up somewhere in your home, made to actually be used. I'm Jen, and this little studio is where I turn bowls on the lathe, throw pottery, build furniture, mix up acrylic pours, and cut charcuterie boards, one project at a time.

Nothing here is mass-produced. If you see something you love, I can usually make it again in a size, wood, or color that fits your space — or we can start from scratch and build something that's entirely yours. And if you'd rather make something yourself, I teach small seasonal classes for a few of these crafts too, so you can leave with your own handmade piece and a few new skills.

Take a look around, and don't be shy about asking for something you don't see.

Why We Craft

Part of crafting is the joy of building and creating - what was once a figment of my imagination is now a real thing that can be used, loved and treasured. It is a pleasure to create and share. I have long loved crafting and anything that lets me create.

I have enjoyed working on Quilts, knitting, textile art, acrylic pour painting, epoxy pours, woodworking (table, side table, bookcases, etc) and turning on the lathe (bowls, decorative and seasonal crafts.)
